Alison Hammond recreates sweet picture with her teen son Aidan in rare snap together

THIS Morning presenter Alison Hammond shared a sweet snap of her rarely-seen son Aidan on social media.

The reality TV star turned presenter recreated an old throwback picture with her 16-year-old son in a post made on Instagram.

Alison shared a couple of side-by-side pictures of herself and her teenage son Aidan.

The heartwarming snaps show her only child, Aidan, as a toddler, beaming at his adoring mother as she embraces him.

The 46-year-old posted the picture alongside a newer snap of her son, who looks noticeably much older, smiling at Alison as he dons a pair of trendy glasses.

The television personality posted the snap on both her Instagram story and main Instagram account, under the handle @AlisonHammond55.

She captioned the story post with the song Lovely Day by Bill Withers.

On the full Instagram post, Alison captioned the picture: “My world Aidan” with a globe emoji.

Her celebrity friends and co-stars commented on the sweet picture on social media.

Fellow This Morning presenter, Holly Willoughby commented: “Awwww ❤”.

The star has been attempting to overhaul her diet[/caption]

Presenter, Ruth Langsford, who previously hosted Alison’s friday segment, wrote: “Unconditional LOVE right there.”.

The Sun previously reported on Hammond’s struggles with her weight and obesity struggles during an interview with Davinia Taylor who has written a book called “It’s Not A Diet” after losing three stone.

“You kind of feel like you’re at the bottom of the pit and you’ve got to claw out of it. Where do you start?”

In 2019, the star vowed to overhaul her diet, to shift the pounds.
