BRITNEY Spears compared her “abusive” conservatorship to sex trafficking as she spoke out for the first time since her public breakdown in 2007, causing the star’s mother to be “concerned.”
The pop star exclaimed she is “not a slave” and said she is “so angry” she wants to “sue” her family for years of “abuse.”
The singer addressed the court by video as her dad, Jamie, and mom, Lynne, also joined in.
Lynne’s attorney spoke out on her behalf saying Lynne is a “very concerned mother.”
Britney argued against the conservatorship, which was implemented in 2008 after a series of public meltdowns by the singer and prevents Britney from controlling her life or having any access to her million-dollar fortune.
