EastEnders has revealed dramatic new details about the 35th anniversary boat stunt, that sees one character killed off next week.
Mick and Linda Carter and other major characters are left fighting for their lives on the River Thames, as a series of events spill over.
Phil Mitchell finally has his long-awaited showdown with former son-in-law Keanu Taylor, having believed he was dead since Christmas Day.
He and son Ben had him killed, with Martin Fowler carrying out the deed, only for him to take the murder and let him flee.
Keanu is now back and wants revenge, paving the way for a dramatic and deadly showdown between the trio.
The scenes have been teased for the first time in a new trailer, days before the episodes air.
Phil confronts a bloodied and bruised Keanu, for stabbing him in the back – with it teased these are the two characters who end up going overboard.
Ben’s boyfriend Callum Highway, who has been kidnapped by Keanu as revenge, is also in a bad way as he begs Keanu to stop his plan.
These aren’t the only characters in danger though, as Mick Carter desperately searches for his wife Linda on the now seriously flooding boat.
As it appears to be sinking, she’s left trapped on the ground shouting out for help fearing she could drown.
Mick eventually finds her, and it’s life and death for the pair as they battle for survival.

Ian Beale is also shown struggling through the water filled boat, in search of someone.
Amid the new scenes, there’s one moment where one character is confirmed dead – while their identity remains a secret.
Paramedics are seen covering them up in a body bag, as someone loses their life amid the carnage.
Mick is also seen telling Whitney Dean he’s “made a mistake” but what has he done?
It comes after a shock death in Friday’s episode as Whitney accidentally killed her stalker Leo King, as he tried to murder her.
After a violent showdown she stabbed him in self-defence, leading to his death.
EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
