Katie Price to reignite feud with Harvey’s dad Dwight Yorke in no holds barred book about caring for disabled son

KATIE Price is set to reignite her feud with Harvey’s dad Dwight Yorke with the release of a no holds barred book about caring for her disabled son.

The explosive tome, called Harvey And Me: A Mother’s Love, will lift the lid on what it’s really been like for the 42-year-old to raise him alone after the Manchester United footballer cut all contact.

Katie Price has written a book about her relationship with son Harvey

Harvey has not seen Dwight – who demanded a paternity test when he was born – since he was just four years old.

Their son has septo-optic dysplasia, Prader-Willi Syndrome, autism and has the cognitive understanding of a seven-year-old.

Katie has always been very open about the struggles she and Harvey face and has called out her ex on various occasions, but only those close to her know the true reality of what goes on behind closed doors.

For the first time, Katie will share a full and exclusive insight into her life with Harvey – and nothing is off limits.

The book will feature never-before-told stories and give access to unseen photographs, while  documenting their mother and son relationship – the highs and the lows.

From details about Harvey’s condition, to his relationship with his siblings, to dealing with cruel online trolls – all without any input from Dwight.

Speaking about her latest book, Katie said:“Life with Harvey has been a rollercoaster of emotions – from the day I held Harvey in my arms to this day I cannot begin to express the wonders of our incredible journey together.

“A mother son bond that goes beyond the everyday ‘normal’. Harvey is a one in 100 million – I am blessed to have him in my life.

“Sharing our story I hope to bring love, encouragement and support. I want to educate parents and others, with a few good belly laughs, by giving an insight into what my world with Harvey is like behind closed doors.

“I’ll take you away from showbiz thrills and spills and into my home, into my life as a parent with a child of complex needs and disabilities. Harvey has taught me to be a better person, mother and to fight for what is right, for those especially who have until now not had a voice to be heard.”
