MARK Wright looked horrified over his recent weight gain after “falling off the wagon” on a boozy family trip to Portugal.
The trim presenter told fans he put on three kilos on his family trip abroad.
Stripping off in his back garden, Mark, 34, said on his Instagram Story: “I went on holiday last week, got back on Monday, weighed myself before I left.
“I’ve gained three kilos – that’s a lot for me.
“I would have lost muscle when I was there. But listen I’m back on this train ride.”
Mark said he’d completed one of his Trainwright fitness classes as he urged fans to follow his plan, saying his wife Michelle Keegan and sister Jessica Wright follow his routines.

Mark looked like he was letting his hair down in Portugal as he was captured laughing on camera as his parents enjoyed a romantic dance.
He also posed up for a snap with his sister-in-law Hollie- showing just how close the family all are.
Meanwhile, Mark first showed off his incredible body transformation in before-and-after pictures as he launched his fitness empire last year.

“That’s the reason I started doing daily workouts with you all at the start of lockdown – because HIIT training is what I genuinely use and so I wanted to share it with you all.
