DEAR DEIDRE: WE had our first baby eight months ago and since then cracks in our relationship have emerged.
My girlfriend is constantly exhausted and bad tempered with me and I don’t feel I can do anything right.

I’m 28 and she is 27. We argue about money. She doesn’t want to go back to work but I don’t see how else we can pay the bills.
I’d been feeling really low and then we found out my girlfriend is pregnant again.
We didn’t want another child yet and she had a coil fitted so this has thrown us.
She doesn’t want an abortion and neither do I.
Now I can’t get myself out of this slump. I think I must be depressed.
