Speaking about Harper’s Law on ITV’s GMB yesterday, Lissie, 30, said: “I’m not going to stop until we get it as soon as possible.”
She added: “Andrew was just the epitome of a police officer.
“He was devoted and dedicated to his job.

“He also was just a kind and loving person, and we all miss him very much.”
Andrew, 28, was dragged to his death after a quad bike theft in Berkshire in August 2019.
Henry Long, 19, was jailed for 16 years, Jessie Cole and Albert Bowers, both 18, got 13 years.
