The monarch’s senior dresser Angela Kelly reportedly wore her shoes in because they were both the same size. It was revealed in Ms Kelly’s new book ‘The Other Side of the Coin’. Royal expert, Mark Heyes, explained the Queen doesn’t have time to wear her shoes in suggesting she needs someone to do it for her.
Speaking on ITV’s Lorraine, Mark said: “There’s always been chat about somebody wears in the Queen’s shoes.
“It’s Angela. Same size feet.
“The Queen doesn’t have time to be walking around to get her shoes on.”
Lorraine said: “So, she puts her shoes on so they are worn in?”

Mark added: “There are also shots of her from fashion week for the first time in 2018.
“There’s Angela there next to Dame Anna Winter and Her Majesty the Queen.”
He went on to reveal the Queen’s looks and how they are planned and put together.
He said: “There needs to be that level of confidence, so for example, at Royal Ascot. What the Queen wears to Royal Ascot is a closely guarded secret.”
Mark revealed: “Yeah, ish, kind of. I adore this level of secrecy – to the point that she actually puts decoys out of other hats, which is absolutely amazing.
“The Queen’s wardrobe – she is the queen of matching, and looks absolutely wonderful.”
Lorraine joked: “We have that in common, the Queen and I. That’s about the only thing.”
The Queen is a huge racing fan, and attended Royal Ascot every day this year.
