The man – who has not been identified – “followed her in every single direction”, asking her name and her address, she claims.

@MissyMythic says she called 911 during the incident after he allegedly said he “wanted to get to know her” and “had the right to know her name”.

It is not clear if police responded to the call. The Sun has contacted @MissyMythic for comment.

She said she had been walking her dog when the “psychotic” man began following her.

The man is said to have tailed her half an hour with the social media user saying she was reluctant to walk home and show him where she lives.

In the clip she shouts: “Why are you standing here bothering a woman in the middle of the night?

“She has asked you to leave, obviously has trauma, obviously has PTSD and you won’t f*** off.”

The TikToker has previously shared other videos of men she says catcalled and harassed her.

In a follow up video posted on Tuesday she says she has no regrets about pulling a knife of the man and said it is not the first time she has done so.

She said: “It was difficult to keep my composure during the situation.

“I’m trying to explain that this happens all the time.

“We’re not stupid, we know what’s going on when someone chases you through traffic, won’t go away and is demanding to know where you live and what your name is so they can come and ‘visit you’. No.

“That’s not how you meet people, that’s how you do things to people that are absolutely horrific and unacceptable.

“I didn’t say anything about all man, or any men, just that guy.

“There was a video of a man ferociously attempting to do whatever the hell he was planning on doing – following me, not going away when I’m telling him to leave over and over again, even on the phone to police, even while armed.”

She added: “I didn’t upload that video to be judged for how I handled that situation.

“I did handle it, and I think I handled it better than all the people telling me how to handle it would have done.”

Her followers lent their support, with one writing: “Nobody should have to go through this, but you held your own even in the face of that fear. Pure strength.”
