ITV’s The Void started on Saturday, July 10, 2021[/caption]

How does The Void work?

The show’s concept is pretty straightforward.

The Void will see contestants putting themselves to the test during mentally and physically demanding challenges.

They will do so while trying NOT to fall into The Void, a tank of 520 tonnes of water spread across the show’s arena.

Following the wide range of challenges, the winner will have the opportunity to try their luck at taking on The Void one last time and winning a £25,000 prize.

The Void is produced by the same production team which brought The Cube to TV fans.

How can I watch The Void?

The Void first hit our screens on Saturday, July 10, 2021.

The show airs tonight, Saturday 31 July, on ITV at 8pm.

It will subsequently air every week, at the same time.

Viewers will then be able to catch up with the show on ITV Hub.

Who are The Void presenters?

ITV’s new show will be hosted, not by one, but by two presenters.

Producers have asked singer, rapper and presenter Fleur East to take on the role.

She will be joined by Dancing On Ice and Britain’s Got Talent judge, Ashley Banjo.

The Diversity dancer said when speaking to The One Show: “I literally cannot wait to get started on this one.

“It’s also the first game show I’ve been lucky enough to host and all alongside the amazing Fleur East, which is another thing I’m buzzing about.”

The Hits Radio Breakfast Show host has also shared her excitement and added: “Getting to work alongside Ashley is amazing, he’s so talented and it’s going to be a lot of fun.”

How many episodes of The Void are there?

For now, The Void is set to be a seven-part series.

It will be airing weekly, every Saturday on ITV, at 8pm.

According to Virgin Media, the last episode of the new programme is scheduled for Saturday, August 21, 2021.
